Республика Саха (Якутия) является одним из динамично развивающихся дальневосточных регионов, на социально-экономическое благополучие которого в значительной мере оказывают влияние миграционные процессы. Целью данного исследования было выделение основных направлений стратегии регулирования миграции в северных регионах и Якутии. в настоящее время в республике имеются все условия для сохранения стабильной социально-экономической ситуации при реализации миграционной стратегии, направленной на поддержание баланса между потребностями экономики и социальным благополучием. нами был проведен анализ политики регулирования миграционных процессов в республике Саха (Якутия), отмечены нормативные акты федерального и регионального уровней, оказывающие влияние на современную миграцию населения. в Указе президента РФ от 26 октября 2020 г. № 645 «о стратегии развития арктической зоны российской Федерации и обеспечения национальной безопасности на период до 2035 года» отмечаются достигнутые успехи в снижении миграционного оттока. однако, несмотря на эти достижения, естественный прирост населения в северных регионах остается низким, что сохраняет риск сокращения численности на селения в долгосрочной перспективе. миграционные процессы в республике Саха (Якутия) характеризуются высокой интенсивностью. в статье приведены динамика и прогноз миграции на период 2012-2026 гг. в республике. результаты проведенного авторами в 2023 г. корреляционно-регрессионного анализа выявили, что такие показатели как среднедушевые денежные доходы населения, добыча полезных ископаемых и продукция сельского хозяйства имели наибольшее влияние на количество прибывших мигрантов в Якутию. а такие показатели как валовый региональный продукт на душу населения и площадь жилья на одного жителя имеют наибольшее влияние на количество выбывших из республики. среди мер регулирования миграционных процессов предлагаются активное развитие экономики и создание новых рабочих мест путем поддержки сельского хозяйства, предпринимательства, роста инвестиций в производственную и социальную инфраструктуры и образование.

The Sakha Republic (Yakutia) is one of the dynamically developing Far Eastern regions and the socio-economic well-being of the republic is significantly affected by migration processes. We identified the main directions of the migration regulation strategy in the northern regions and in Yakutia. Currently, the republic has all the conditions for maintaining a stable socio-economic situation while implementing a migration strategy aimed at maintaining a balance between the needs of the economy and social well-being. We analyzed the policy of regulating migration processes in the Sakha republic (Yakutia), noted the regulatory acts of the federal and regional levels that affect modern population migration. the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 26, 2020 no. 645 “on the Strategy for the development of the arctic Zone of the Russian Federation and Ensuring national Security for the Period up to 2035” notes the successes achieved in reducing the migration outflow. However, the natural population growth in the northern regions remains low, which maintains the risk of population decline in the long term. We presented the dynamics and forecast of migration for the period 2012-2026. The results of the correlation and regression analysis demonstrate that economic indicators such as per capita cash income of the population, mining and agricultural production, had the greatest impact on the number of migrants arriving to the republic. And such indicators as gross regional product per capita and housing area per inhabitant have the greatest impact on the number of people leaving Yakutia. Among the regulatory measures for the migration processes we proposed active development of the republican economy and the creation of new jobs by supporting agriculture, entrepreneurship, increasing investment in production and social infrastructure and education.
