Abstract
The article reveals the features of migratory mood patterns in Yakutia at the turn of the centuries. The levels of potential migration and settled lifestyle stereotype were determined in three Arctic regions. The questionnaire survey materials provided a database for the research paper. The relationship was found between migratory intentions and the place of birth of respondents. The incentives for irrevocable migration were studied. It was revealed that the dominant migratory mood of rural residents of the Arctic regions remains settled lifestyle, both for the resident population and for students who have temporarily left for their studies. The attractiveness of the traditional way of life, established social ties, the feeling of being safe among relatives are shown. The obtained research results regarding migratory mood, the extent and causes of settled lifestyle could be useful in developing and updating migration policies in the strategically important territory of Russia.

Abstract
This article discusses the relevance and use cases of ontological modeling tools in relation to the objects of the mineral resource complex. The currently available geological information resources are consistently converted into electronic form, which creates a significant array of electronic scanned copies of documents that must first be translated into electronic text (recognition operation), and then analyze the electronic text for the presence of geological, economic and geological and technical parameters relevant for making managerial decisions in the field of subsoil use. The solution of the text recognition problem is relevant for quite “old” geological information resources, while the task of text analysis is relevant for each of them. One of the options for forming the semantics of interaction is ontology. It has a significant potential for application in various fields of knowledge, including in the field of geology and subsoil use. Ontologies allow integrating disparate data in order to form their thesaurus, which is especially necessary in geology, where the ambiguity of terminology interpretations creates significant barriers in the formation of ontologies of geological information resources. This problem is aggravated by a decrease in the number of specialized specialists in geological exploration organizations. The developed ontology is designed to form a knowledge base in the structure of geological information resources as the basis of a management decision support system in this industry.

Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of assessing the potential of interregional interaction in the Russian northern regions of the resource type, and describes the prospects for such interaction on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The factors that have the biggest influence on interregional interaction in the northern regions are analyzed. Geographic location, transport security, the potential of major projects planned for implementation, the potential of the mineral resource base, the potential for connections within the region, and the potential for energy supply for new projects are considered as factors. Expert estimates of the values of the proposed factors are given. The biggest contribution to the interaction potential is made by the geographical location of the region, transport accessibility and mineral resource base. According to this criterion, Yakutia is one of the most promising regions. In the medium term, it is expedient to develop projects in the gas and coal sector in Yakutia. The difficulties in the implementation of new projects are caused not so much by the complexity of arranging facilities, mining in northern latitudes and processing raw materials. The key difficulty is the need to form a technological chain that would ensure a synergistic effect and interaction of a number of territories. The most sensitive for the implementation of projects that form interregional chains in the northern regions are resource, tax and technological restrictions. The most significant for Yakutia are interregional meridional chains (“north-south”), while the current (and partly planned) chains are latitudinal (“east-west”).

Abstract
Organization of innovative activities of an enterprise is one of the key parts of progression of innovative activity of the country. The first stage of the organization of innovative activity of an enterprise is the assessment of its innovative potential. By innovative potential, the authors understand not only the resources available for innovation, but also innovative mechanisms involving the development of innovative potential through innovation and investment. This approach allows us to formulate adequate innovative goals, develop an innovative development strategy. It is proposed to assess the level of innovative potential of the enterprise by introducing and calculating an integral indicator, the components of which are: production and technical resources necessary for the implementation of innovative activities, the level of innovative development, the availability of information resources and the external environment: the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market and participation in the implementation of the principle of the “triple helix” - partnership of the state, science and business.

Abstract
The functioning of the socio-economic system of the Russian diamond complex is currently complicated by the imposed external sanctions, which have limited or terminated relations with some market participants. One of the reactions of the enterprises of the complex is the development and introduction of anti-crisis programs in order to preserve life and restore the stability of the enterprise in a critical situation. At the same time, there is a need to develop alternative scenarios for the development of the enterprise, taking into account the current market situation, the choice of strategy and principles of action. The peculiarity of the functioning of the system of the diamond complex lies in the fact that the product being sold: diamonds is a luxury item and is discretionary, therefore, in a crisis period, it is necessary to stimulate and motivate consumer demand. This article discusses the relationship “sanctions-enterprise” in a crisis situation and how it will affect the viability of the enterprise. In the resulting part, proposals are given for the implementation of anti-crisis measures that can restore and stabilize the enterprise. Keywords: diamond complex, sanctions, influence, anti-crisis measures, choice of strategy.

Abstract
The territory of traditional residence of any group of people is filled with buildings, structures, as well as various objects, which, along with their daily utilitarian household economic functions, are endowed with religious, sacred, mystical, totemic and other meanings. Such objects are the traditional Yakut tethering posts sergeh. Modern researchers have considered many aspects of the ritual purpose of the sergeh; significant material has been obtained by modern archaeological research in many regions of Yakutia. The questions were posed: what were the proportions of the geometric dimensions of the parts of the historical serge? What ratio of the diameter and height of the sergeh could be considered “ideal”? The source of the necessary information is the jubilee album of the graphic artist Afanasy Munkhalov. Munkhalov’s graphic works were scanned, the geometric dimensions of the images of the scanned sergeh were measured in the AutoCAD program, the results were tabulated to determine the proportions - the ratio of the diameters and the height of the sergeh. 47 images of sergeh were processed. The processing of the measurement results allows us to conclude that the ideal proportion of household sergeh is the ratio of the diameter of the sergeh to its height, expressed by a ratio of 1: 6.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the difficult period in the activities of the Mirny Theater associated with the introduction of restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The government’s quarantine measures primarily affected public events and were supposed to affect the audience’s attendance at theatrical performances. The authors of the article analyzed the activities of the theater during the year of 2021, when decrees of the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were issued to counteract the spread of coronavirus infection. Such parameters as the repertoire, the audience, the portrait of the viewer were considered. The methods of data analysis of the audience, Internet questioning, survey and participant observation were applied. Legislative acts, materials of the current theater repertoire, personal data were used. The data obtained during the study were summarized in special graphs and diagrams. The dynamics of the audience for the specified period and the preferences of viewers of different ages in the choice of repertoire were traced. The obtained data allowed us to come to the following conclusions. In the period January-February 2021, the number of performances and viewer attendance became significantly lower than in the period March-May or September-October 20 of the same year. This was probably due to a change in the format of the Mirny Theater. Despite the introduction of the QR code when attending mass entertainment events, the theater managed to retain its audience. When compiling a portrait of the audience of the theater, the authors of the article came to the conclusion that the majority of the audience was made up of middle-aged people and young people. As a result of the study, specific practical recommendations were developed on the prospects of working with the audience and developing the repertoire.
